I’ve had better service from vending machines. The shoulder length brunette haired woman bartender managed to turn “ordering a drink” into an experience in open hostility—eye rolls, attitude, and zero insight into what basic respect is. . The way she spoke to my wife was outright rude, not “busy,” not “having a bad day,” just bad behavior. If you hate customers this much, bartending is a strange career choice. On the bright side, there are plenty of other places around here where you can get a drink (and actual GOOD food) without feeling like you owe the staff an apology for breathing.

I just wanted to give 5 stars because others gave it 1 stars for petty reason. It’s the only place open late in Ellsworth and it’s got TVs where you can put sports on while you people watch during karaoke.

Came here for the billiards and was not disappointed. The balls actually went where you were aiming. The darts actually went where you were throwing. I was baffled coming from denver. Price for the pool table was $10/hr which was a little steep to us but darts were free Sarah was a great and friendly bartender. We didnt have food so cant speak on that. It was a bright lit place, but had plenty of room if you want it.

I was getting a water, when I simply smiled and said hello to the owners grandfather. I was met with, “If you speak to me again, I’ll break your face!” , from the patron grandfather of the owner. I smiled and asked for my drink and a rack of balls from the bar tender. Upon my request for a rack of balls I had to listen to the woman working the bar, about how much she despises my uncle and his wife, who happen to be the bartender’s sister. Mind you I haven’t visited this room in over a years time. From what I can gather the room is very toxic from negative energy and difficult people to get along with. The tables had not been clothed and desperately needed to be for some time. I was charged 35$ for 45 mins of play and a water. The bar tender or owner didn’t address the threats made towards me by the grandfather to assure my safety or apologize for his seemingly demented behavior. Instead I was met with an overcharged bill at the end and a negative experience. I hope this will be read with willingness to change by owners and their family, for all of us to enjoy the pool community together and support their business. As it stands I’m not going to play there until the tables get rec
