From the beginning of our shopping experience to the delivery and installation of our GORGEOUS (and made in the USA!) pool table and game table + chairs, every aspect was top-notch. Robert, the Store Manager is an excellent sales person – very nice, HONEST, helpful, and really wants the customers to be super happy. Mark, the Service Manager, is also great. Michael and Dane just finished the delivery and install – and we could not be happier about every single aspect of our experience with The Billiard Factory Las Vegas. We checked out 2 other Billiard stores in the LV valley – they could not hold a candle to The Billiard Factory.

Customer service was good, the quality of the cue sticks I bought not so much… came in there bought 2 cue sticks, 1 of them came in the kit with a carrier, chalk, shaper, etc. for $165 and the other was by itself for about $260 used the cue sticks straight after playing billiards for a few hours 3 days straight and you can already see a bend in the sticks. Asked them for their return policy and they don’t offer any. I went to Big 5 sporting goods and bought a $50 cue stick “carbon composite” apparently and it has not bent like the one I bought from this place. I also bought plastic darts for $65!!!!! Thinking the quality was going to be great for all that money and I wouldn’t put holes into the walls of my house but I was dead wrong. Just a few minutes after using those expensive darts the tip of them bent and the backend where the plastic piece is to give it aero dynamics fell off and got torn. I’m pretty sure they are just buying low quality equipment and reselling them for higher price. What a waste of money and terrible return/exchange policy. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Find another place with better quality equipment!! This place is terrible for anything other than customer service.

We had a great experience buying our pool table from Robert. Not knowing much about pool tables, he was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right table. Pricing is fair and the delivery was quick and professional. We love our new pool table!

came in to buy a gift for a friend but the place can be a little overwhelming since it's pretty big. The person working at the time was really helpful and pointed me in the right direction of what I could get. recommended if your looking to get gear for billiards and anything related

My wife always wanted a pool table but never had the space for it. Moving in to our new home we realized space was available for a game room. Visiting the Billiard Factory in Henderson we met with Robert who was very helpful. The Olhausen table was the one we liked and purchased. The table was delivered and setup with some backup folks. After using the pool table, a friend mentioned the drawer was not closing flush to the table. My wife noticed one of the pockets the felt was starting to wrinkle. One of the pockets when the balls would fill it up sometimes a ball would drop out. Called Robert and he sent Bradley out to take care of everything under warranty. He went over every part of the pool table and took care of the issues we had. The drawer needed parts and he said the slate was slightly out of alignment. While waiting for parts in the meantime, we installed a billiard table light Robert had ordered for us. Bradley and Ronnie returned later and took care of the drawer, stretched out the felt, leveled the slate and aligned the table under the billiard light and answered all our questions.
