They’re food quality is literally bad, they don’t know how to treat their customers when we first arrived security asked for ids then notified us that they were closing at 2am but we ended up getting the lights shut off (only left the bar lights on) on me and my friends at 1:30am while we were playing a card game and eating our food that we ordered, on top of that I literally brought in my own seltzer water because I’m pregnant and I drink a specific seltzer water because it helps with my stomach however the bartender told my husband he had to bring it to the front so she can throw it out. And then my husband went to the table to tell me, I was drinking some of it before throwing it out. Not even 2 mins pass since they told my husband to bring the drink to the front. She screams through the microphone to bring the drink to the front. Then when he brought it to the front, the bartender girl (same one that spoke through microphone and shut the lights off) made a joke in front of everyone saying when you go to Panera bread you don’t bring your own bread. Now how do you have employees like this working in a place that’s suppose to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable but this

Dirt cheap watered down drinks, food was awful. My burger had no flavor and it tasted like it was boiled in water. Servers were fine. If you want a drink that’s not watered down, ask the server directly. Do not order from the menu. They will hold your card for a tab, which is idiotic and offensive. Who would dine and dash at this place anyway? Will never spend money there again

There are better pool halls in NYC, but this is the best one around in the Queens/Forest Hills area. The price is pretty competitive compared to Manhattan and you don't need reservations to get a table.

This was our second visit. We enjoyed the vibe. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our server was awesome! He was always passing through making sure we were good. The crowd had a healthy mix of generations.
