Top-notch service — A true gem for billiards lovers I finally found a place that offers A1 service. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly passionate about his work. He took time to answer all our questions, gave honest advice, and never tried to upsell us. He even told us we didn’t need to replace the cue tip—just a simple trim would make it like new. His deep knowledge of billiards accessories and genuine care made the experience outstanding. We ended up buying a cue, not because we were pushed, but because we felt truly guided. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for expert advice and honest service.

Use these guys if you're moving a pool table! Could not be more pleased with my experience. We bought a used pool table from someone online and I was trying to figure out how much it would cost to have someone professionally move it and install it before I purchased anything. There aren't a lot of people in the Portland area that actually do that it turns out. I called around to a few places before calling The Billiard Shop, and I'm really glad I found them. Not only were they much more affordable than the few other places I was able to find (some of which are just regular moving companies), but they were super helpful in giving me tips on how to make sure my prospective pool table purchase was in good shape and a good deal. On the delivery day, the two gentlemen who moved the table from the old owner's house to mine were on-time, super friendly and honest about the condition of the table. They told me the rubber and felt were in good shape for a used table and didn't try to upsell me on anything, other than saying I should swing by the shop if I want to upgrade cues, balls, etc... They were also more than willing to wear masks during our interactions and totally respected that

Coordinated with The Billiards Shop to get a Golden West (Milwaukie/Portland) table installed at our house in Beaverton. Have been playing on our table for a few months and have no complaints. Very smooth experience even though stairs were involved. Loved being able to pick out the felt and wood stain colors, The Billiards Shop has samples of the wood and fabric so you can see it in real life. We have the Northwest with espresso maple and (I think) the slate grey fabric. Loving it so far, such a beautiful table. We also came back in later to buy another cue and love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is.

I went in looking to buy my first cue and as a beginner I knew little to nothing about cues. Andrew guided me through it all and was amazingly helpful. Highly recommend this place as supposed to buying online. You get to feel the stick in your hand and shoot some shots before you buy! Thanks again Andrew
