It was a great experience working with the team at Royal! Jackie was a great help in helping me find the table that suited my needs/space. Ended up deciding on an Olhausen and couldn't be happier with my choice. Conner and Alex were in contact with me throughout the day for when they would be delivering the table, they were very professional when arriving and got to work immediately. They did an amazing job with installation and it was a pleasure having them here to do it... could not recommend Royal Billiards more! Many years ago, I decided to convert my garage into an Irish Pub after a trip to the Auld Sod. I bought my first bar and bar stools at ROYAL BILLIARDS at their original location and got years of heavy-duty service (my Irish AND non-Irish friends do love a party) out of them. Years later, I changed my bar to more formal pub with a Guinnness Bar, complete with stools, but recently decided that my now-senior citizen buds needed more comfort. After a lot of looking around, I once again returned to ROYAL BILLIARDS at their new location. I returned several times and, each time, whoever was there, from the owner to several of the guys working on any particular day, was knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to put up with my questions and changes of mind. In addition, the two young delivery guys were personable, careful, and professional. We customized four TOBIAS SWIVEL STOOLS and are thrilled with our purchase (just started using them). HIGHLY recommended establishment!

I can’t say enough good things about Royal Billiard. My son, a high school senior, decided to build a pool table for his engineering class project. From day one, Kent and the entire team were incredibly supportive. They donated essential parts, answered all of his questions, and showed genuine enthusiasm for what he was doing. Their generosity and encouragement made a huge impact. It's rare to find a business so community-minded and willing to invest in young people. We are so thankful!
