A father and son team JJ and his father and another gentleman ,I did not catch his name. Delivered and setup my brand new diamond pro am 7ft table today. They were on time and worked great and delicately. This table means a lot to be because I lost my father last June and this is the last gift I’ll ever receive from him. The guys knew this and I believe they put extra care and effort into this (unicorn) install. I just sent his contact information to one of my good friends that will be ordering a table from him as well.

Jj and his crew were incredible. Installed table and removed old one in no time at all. Even helped shovel snow out front of the buisness so they wouldn't track it in. Great people and great service

J.J. has been great to work with. He is patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Easy to work with, even as I look to change things and make additions. The day of installation he took the extra time to ensure there was no damage when bringing in all the heavy pieces. His family was there to help and they couldn't have been nicer. The table looks great and I can't wait to work with Valley on all the additions (light gets installed in about a week). If your looking for a table or accessories, I would definitely recommend Valley Billiards.

This company did a great job servicing my pool table during a recent insurance claim I had to file over burst pipe flooding in my basement (where my pool table was literally soaked from above w/ water!). They visited at a scheduled time & took apart the table to inspect it for damage, & took away the damaged parts for repair & moving the “good parts” out of the way for the workers to repair the drywall/flooring. They then came back as scheduled after the room was ready and put everything back and my table now looks better than it did before. Happy customer. They do great work.

JJ and Mike and Scott are awesome. Highly recommend Valley Billiards. They did an excellent job at replacing my felt, bumpers and pockets! Very reasonable and very quick at completing the job. Would rate as a 10 if it were an option!
