Spoke to a woman named Katie. She told me that my locked in quote of $750 was my price until the installation crew shows and it's $850. Timmy the 3rd party company owner is the BEST. Brought my pool cues and balls in thinking they needed to be replaced. The staff took the time to look everything over. Instead of trying to sell me new stuff, they were honest and told me my equipment was still in good shape, then suggested a cheaper and equally effective solution. It was refreshing to deal with people who genuinely cared about helping rather than upselling. Very impressed with their integrity—highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Nashville Billiards & Patio! I went in looking for a set of darts as a gift and left with exactly what I needed. I believe Ronnie helped me — he took the time to explain the different options, answer all of my questions, and let me test everything out without rushing me at all (which was appreciated because I can be very indecisive). Even though I wasn’t making a huge purchase like a pool table or furniture, I still felt genuinely taken care of. Highly recommend!
