Absolutely amazing!!! The guys at Ed Nutter Billiard Experts do amazing work: They re-felted the table and upgraded/replaced the rails on my 47-year-old table that originally belonged to my dad. Their work was perfect. Highly recommended.

I cannot express enough how thrilled we are with the pool table restoration completed by Mr. Nutter and his team. Our table was worn, torn, and outdated, and they transformed it into what looks and feels like a brand-new piece. The quality of the woodwork is truly outstanding, as shown in the attached photos. The premium felt we selected was installed flawlessly by two excellent technicians, and the results are nothing short of amazing. Beyond the craftsmanship, working with Jamie and Mr. Nutter was an absolute pleasure. They were always available to take my calls, provided regular updates, and delivered everything within the agreed timeline. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. Their skill, experience, and genuine passion for their work shine through in every detail.

Some businesses are honorable. Ed Nutter and his people are not. These clowns moved a pool table out of my house for a buyer who bought my table. It took them three times over a several weeks to get it out of my house. The first time they did not show up at all after the buyer travelled from out of town to take it home. No apologies or reasons were given. The second time, Jeremy and his helper got scared and quit the job for safety reasons after scratching my hardwood floors and putting holes in my walls. The third time, Jeremy and his two helpers finally got the table out, doing more damage to my steps and walls. Jeremy assured me that Ed Nutter would take care of the damage. I called Ed and he was very rude and defensive about doing any type of repair to the damage his guys caused. Jeremy described Ed as someone who will do anything to put a quick buck in his pocket. And he must be so cheap that he won't do what is right to fix the damage his employees caused. See pictures of some of the damage.

I went to check out some pool tables and met Gary and Ed and they were very friendly and had a no pressure attitude. They allowed me to look around to take my pick. That have a wide variety of pool tables varying from lower to higher price points. I selected my table and felt color and delivery date. The movers were very friendly and wanted to ensure the table was where I wanted to be. They assembled it perfectly and it feels like a brand new table. Thanks!

STAY AWAY, UNTRUSTWORTHY, INEXPERIENCED AND DISHONEST! I strongly suggest you not contract Ed Nutter or any of his employees from Billiard Experts to perform any service for you unless you want significant damage done to your house, and then laughed at and accused of creating the damage yourself. I hired Billiard Experts in June/2013 to simply reposition a pool table in my upstairs game room. The pool table sat on a 5’X8’ area rug in a wood floored room. After the crew was caught trying to pull the pool table by the area rug and promptly halted, they ended up moving the pool table off the rug and onto my brand new wood floor with a dolly that created horribly obvious indentions in the wood. When I came home that evening to inspect the job (my wife was there while the work was being performed and did not know to inspect the floor as well and the new position of the pool table) I noticed the damage and called Ed Nutter to inform him of the situation… Now get this!!!... I was literally laughed at and told “How do I know you didn’t cause that damage?” As if I had the ability to move a pool table so that the damage could be created by me! During the conversation I offered to send pict
