Newpost Apartments

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now and I can say it has gotten a lot better with Alberta in the office she is very nice and helpful when having questions. I’d definitely recommend living here. It’s in a nice area. The apartments are very nice inside and clean. There is no bug issues thankfully. Only bad thing is some of the people in the neighborhood are loud and don’t respect quieting down after 10pm. - Christina

The apartments are terrible. There's mold and dirt in the ventilation systems there's water leaks all around the apartments there's rats running around and when you first walk into the apartment you will get a smell of fresh paint and other odors i've watched immigration workers come fix the apartments up. But doesn't scrub the floors? That's where the faint smells come from. But they lay new tile and carpet, right over it rent increases every year this purely for the low-income i've watched over 12 families.Only stay up to 6 months or less then, they are bullied out of their homes. By the owners.

Was only there for a year. Didn't have rental office personnel in there for 6 months. The office personnel that is in charge now is very nice. Upstairs neighbor from Hell I had. No regards for children underneath of them with special needs with epilepsy and a bunch of other serious medical issues. I don't recommend moving over there. Rental office couldn't fix the problem with the tenants. It was Hell for that year. I even went as far as talking to the upstairs about the noise. It just got worse.

I lived in NEWPOST for almost 9 months. I would not recommend living here for some the very same reasons I have read about. It's NOT Always about Minding your Business, some things find their way to you unbeknownst. I was almost assaulted by my neighbors which I had to get a Protective Order for. Today the neighbor was found GUILTY in court. People always say that this is Apartment living, but you shouldn't have to be Threatened, Bullied, nor intimidated in the place where you Lay your head. NEWPOST is a breeding facility for people with Mental issues and VIOLENT tendencies. This is not just people who didn't get their way posting... It's Facts. The rental office doesn't Care if you are Attacked, or Killed. They don't respond correctly to potential threats, hell they barely respond to Maintenance orders. There is No Peace and No getting around certain things. The dirty hallways, the weed smoke outside of your doors BE CAREFUL AND BE WARNED and BEWARE! I looked out of my peephole one day and there was someone on there side looking back at me. I cannot make this up. Get a camera because you never know and Stay Safe and may God Bless those who remain there.

I’ve been living here for a year. The price was right and the insides are nice but I wouldn’t recommend living here. The office staff isn’t good at communicating. they pick and choose who can smoke on the property and who can’t when it clearly says no smoking ! There is alot of screaming and fighting and I’ve had to personally call the police a few times to have it handled and it still continues even with the office staff aware of the situation and violence occurring. Also ive put in so many maintenance request and none have been taken care of. They are very slow at responding and taking care of issues that occur. Ive been dealing with the apartment above me since last august 2023 cause they have a leak and the office staff have yet had maintenance come in and properly fix the ceiling !! The neighborhood is littered with trash and it’s unfortunate cause it’s a nice place but not worth living at !
