I visited your store recently with my daughter and wanted to offer some brief feedback. Although your door was open, we were never greeted or acknowledged while you worked with another customer. A simple "I’ll be with you shortly" or even eye contact goes a long way in making shoppers feel welcome. My daughter and I were ready to purchase a sign and a wall mount, but the atmosphere felt uncomfortable, so we decided to leave. My husband bought me a beautiful table from you for Valentine’s Day years ago that I still love, so I know your work is excellent. I hope this helps improve the experience for your future guests.

These guys have helped me every step of the way, after I purchased a used pool table. Aaron led me to Brass Finders, when I told him I wished to build my own pool table chandelier. The final product is pictured, along with the table, and cleaned balls. I thought I could set the pool table up myself, turns out it's too frustrating for me. They recommended Oliver, of Pro Billiards Installation, who showed up and set up my table and refelted it, in no time. It is laser sharp. I'm totally satisfied. Global supplied the felt. I needed a new cue ball, and a ball cleaning solution. Global supplied those products and a few other things I needed, with prices which compete with Internet pricing. In the future, when I need pool table supplies, or rec room toys, furniture, and lighting, I will definitely call these guys first.

The service, the advice, the effort to get us what we wanted was excellent. We went slightly over the budget, but the quality of the product and the process of buying, delivery and installation was worth it.
