8 Ball Billiards

I recently hosted my husband’s birthday party at 8 Ball Billiards, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I worked directly with the manager, Liz, and she was absolutely wonderful—professional, responsive, and made the entire planning process seamless. The food was great, the staff was incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating. Every guest shared how much fun they had, which made the night even more special. If you’re looking for a place to host a celebration or just enjoy a fun night out, I highly recommend 8 Ball Billiards!

My first time here was last Wednesday, today is Sunday and this makes my 4th time being here. I absolutely LOVE everything about this place. The atmosphere is great, music is good, the customer service is top tier and the bathroom is SUPER clean. Hell the whole building is clean. I definitely give it a 10/10 and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It was a great experience my friends and I were treated with so much kindness and respect. The manager even gave us a tour of the place. The food and service was excellent. This place is a 10 out of 10 I Highly recommended it

Normally I would have given 4 stars but the service was horrible. The food, the food has been great everytime I have visited. I have been here several times, and those times have awesome. I even had interactions with the manager, who has a positive attitude and is attentive.... but tonight was different. I and 3 other friends dined in at the establishment. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and was told we could sit anywhere. About 5 min later we were greeted and asked if we knew what we wanted. The waitress/floor manager showed us how to access the digital menu and left to get our waters. She came back about 10 min later with the waters and asked for our orders. I ordered first, asking for sautéed crab claws and loaded fries, the next person asked for wings, next was rib tips, and finally was another order of crab claws, fried. The first dish to arrive at the table was the wings, about 10 min later ALL of the other food came out but the sautéed crab claws. When I asked about my order of crab claws, she looked (had the puzzled look on her face like she forgot) and said it should be out in 5 min.
