I recently purchased a Rasson pool table from Billiards Factory, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the entire buying experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless. I initially called the main line and happened to be connected with Rusty, not even realizing at the time that he was based in Arizona. That didn’t matter at all—Rusty was absolutely outstanding. His communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. We handled almost everything via text after that first call, and every time I reached out, he responded quickly and thoroughly. He made the whole experience incredibly easy and stress-free. Rusty also coordinated everything with the local Austin store, letting them know I would be coming in to finalize the purchase. When I arrived, they were ready for me, which really showed how well everything was handled behind the scenes. Delivery was right on schedule—exactly as promised—and they even delivered on Labor Day, which I really appreciated. The installation team was just as impressive. My brother Jamie and I purchased a pool table and accessories to include a chair, bench and ping pong attachment. The salesman/owner was very nice and friendly at that time. At the time of the sale, we were told that they offer a service to relocate the products when we moved. We were told that the cost would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 to 400. A year later, we called to setup a move and they quoted 535.00 . We were surprised about the cost and immediately asked if the service included picking up the pool table and all the accessories such as the bench, chair and ping pong table. Sarah said yes so we placed the service order. They never sent us an invoice prior to to the date of service. A professional business would not take your money without providing a customer with an invoice well in advance. Sarah purposely did not provide us with an invoice so they could add on additional costs and or not provide the services described when taking payment. When they came to the pickup location, they did not pick up the ping pong, table, chair or bench as promised. We purchased a custom table from Rusty. We ordered the dining tops and additional chairs and benches to use in our home. The quality was outstanding. Our new home build was delayed and they held the table until our home was ready. They delivered on our schedule and did a great job. There was a little leveling that needed to be done after the fact due to the way the table was built, but they came back out promptly and fixed it. The table is beautiful and a statement piece in our home. Also Dakota is very helpful!!!

Great experience from start to finish. I got exactly what I wanted and had it delivered and installed. Very professional. I will recommend Rusty and Billiard Factory to all my friends and family.
