Broadway Social Center Pool Hall & Bar

This place is not for everyone, and I'm sure they'd like to keep it that way. For those who came here expecting some niche underground LA cool spot, you did not do your research and I roll my eyes at your reviews. This is where older Latino men get to share community over cheap beers and pool in a very basic and unvarnished setting, which suits them perfectly fine. I would walk my Pitbull by their open door nearly every day, smiling as I'd peek in to see men in cowboy hats and boots relaxing and poking pool balls around. One day they called out to me and encouraged me to come in and have a beer with them, terrifying dog included, and I felt honored to be invited. Being bilingual is a plus if you visit.

Became to play pool and talk about the weekday. the owner was very nice and the pool was very affordable. They have plenty of beer out of the bottle. If your hungry, the food options none. There are some ladies who are selling snacks.

Very original,love the photos on the walls. Nice pool tables. Cool place to hang out ,have a few beers and watch your favorite sport playing on any of the four screen TV's !

Great place to shoot pool, 2 9ft pool tables with good cloth and good beer verity. The prices are awesome, $6/hour for the table cheap beers and the service is great.
