Our buyer’s original mover bailed on them last minute and I was able to book triple cue for a same day disassembly and move. They responded quickly and clearly, came promptly and took apart the table with fluid efficiency. No damage to anything despite having to fit heavy slate pieces down 3 flights of stairs. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and fair pricing!

I contacted Triple Cue to move an 8-foot single piece slate table and they responded quickly and were able to move the table the very next day. They were very responsive to our concerns (a previous company wasn't quite up to the task) and gave accurate arrival times for both the pickup and delivery locations. We bought a pool table and tried to move it ourselves to quickly realize we were way in over our heads. We got the table half way up our apartment stairs in the middle of San Francisco before we got stuck(see pic for context). The pool table was very damaged from us trying to move it. We thought we were just going to have it lugged away by a junk company but I found Triple Cue on FB, called their number, spoke to them about the entire situation and the response was 'Nothing is impossible so we will make this happen.' They showed up the same day, lugged the 1000 lb pool table onto the street, disassembled it on the sidewalk, and then brought everything up the stairs. They then assembled it, fixed all the damage we created, and were amazing energy the whole time. The customer service we experienced was beyond our expectation based on the situation we created for them. They deserve a 10/5 Star Rating. There is no other company I will go to regarding to my pool table needs.
