I have been searching for the perfect pool table for 8 months! Terry and John were so so helpful and patient in helping us get the perfect table for our home! Paul and Josh did a great job on installation and our family is so grateful. I searched online and other companies just don’t compare. Their customer service can’t be beat!

This place is awesome. The owner, John, was so great at explaining everything to us, making the process easy and painless to buy a pool table!! He's very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Their selection is extensive, ranging in many different prices for different budgets. Terry was great, too, in helping me pick a cue for my son in the youth area. And their delivery guys, Mike and Josh, were super professional, with great attention to detail when it came to the installation. Being a first-time pool table owner, they went above and beyond in explaining the process. I highly recommend this place!!!

A person works there that is not a very kind or easy to talk to. Not very much patience either. From here out, I won't go there when that employee is at the door. I ended up paying $30.00 more than the quoted price. No discussion about what I was quoted. I left feeling like I was fleeced. All the employees need to get on the same page. Who's in charge there? Anyway, I'll be finding somewhere else from here out. The owners ask me if I had the right shop. There's an employee who is not part owner. I'm sure if you put your minds together you can figure it out. I spent a good amount there so yes I'm sure I have the right place.

This must be the best billiards store in North America! Family-run with an amazing owner and staff, everyone is super helpful and genuinely passionate about helping you enjoy the game. This will definitely be our go-to store for all things billiards! Thank you John and Ethan!
