We've had hot tubs from Backyard and Billiards since 2008. Our first hot tub lasted 16+ years. They did a fantastic job replacing a faulty component on my hot tub!!! Technicians Kory and his "padawan" (Star Wars reference) did a quick, thorough, and professional job in replacing the faulty unit. AMAZING STAFF with AMAZING SERVICE! (for purchasing, repairs, and customer service). The blue pic is Hot Tub #1 and beige pic is Hot Tub #2.

Couldn't recommend enough! They beat everyone's price by 10%, delivered me a showroom model the next day and have been excellent for any questions that I have had. They are never pushy to service it themselves and are happy to take the time to educate me on how to do it myself (of course they are also happy to service it as well). If you are in Boulder/Denver, don't hesitate on giving them a ring!

Bob the floor sales man is quite the gentleman! He knows his product, knows how to sell a product by being honest and upfront! Bob made the whole experience worth buying for Backyards & Billiards, and walked me through EVERYTHING! Delivery Workers were also amazing! Very professional, took great care of my hot tub, and also gave me a full tutorial on what I need to do and how to do it! First time buying something this big and expensive the price of a car that isn’t a car, and they will definitely have my business when I go back next year for a pool table! Bob you da man! I recently purchased an American Whirlpool 471 and couldn’t be happier. I am new to hot tub ownership and Tyler in the sales department was really thorough and helpful. Delivery was seamless. I have already recommended Backyards and Billiards to my family and friends.

Wanted to give a big shout to some folks here. I was originally frustrated due to some miscommunication. Jerad was amazing to clean this up. I came off really hot, and I felt very bad about this, curious why my property was suddenly broken. Jerad provided a great explanation and calmed me down, which in turn, allowed me to explain to my family. I do believe he is in a supervisor position but, if not, he sure portraited himself as such and was very professional. Also, wanted to recognize Mark and Jim as they were also very kind in handling our issue and, with the sudden alert to our need; they service was really done quickly. I wanted to put in this 5 star review because I unfairly pointed fingers and, I wanted to remain accountable here, I apologize. You guys definitely worked fast and made it right, please forgive my irritation, that hot tub is instrumental to my physical well-being and injuries I sustained in the military. Blessings.
