Whoever the new Saturday crew is sucks! I do not know names, but the girl with short pink hair has horrific hygiene habits! Scrolling her phone then immediately touching my food! No hand washing. No gloves. Just reaching right in the fry bag with grubby hands! 🤢 I said something and asked to cancel my food order and the redhead screamed at me, and demanded I still pay for the food. I did, and immediately left. I love this place, but I’ll be walking right out the door if I see either one next time.

I've been going here for many many years. My last visit, one of the employees was having a bad night. Lets start by saying i walked in and put my name on the list. I had one person ahead of me. So I stood to the side and watched other people play while I wait. I asked for my food and he keep rudely insinuating he already gave me my food. Minutes later he figures out he didn't give me my food and its been sitting out for over 15 min on the counter. "NOT ONE APOLOGY ALL NIGHT" Now at this point im being the better person and didn't make a sean or said anything. I had my cold food that was also no made to order. 1 hour goes by and I see people coming in and getting tables. Again I don't make an issue, maybe they were here before me. Another 30 minutes I ask is there still one person ahead of me. Now here comes the kid again rudely saying. "We are busy and he would have to put me on the list again and there several people ahead of me waiting. I simply told him I was already on the list and dont understand why I keep getting skipped. Then he tells me I was already playing on a different table. Told him he was wrong, asked if he even seen me hold a pool stick. Then he looses it and scre

Even coming here for years! Walked in expecting a normal experience and instead got openly disrespected by “manager”. From the start, the employee I dealt with had an aggressive tone and attitude for no reason. When I pushed back slightly, she escalated immediately, accused me of being a “smart ass,” and continued speaking in a confrontational way instead of handling things professionally. What crossed the line was what happened next, she followed me across the building to force me out, creating an unnecessary scene in front of other customers. When I asked for her name to file a complaint, she refused to provide it, which tells you everything about the accountability here. To make it worse, she then went around talking to other people about me, which is completely unprofessional. This wasn’t a misunderstanding, this was straight-up poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. If this is how customers are treated here, expect problems.

Honestly one of my favorite places to go. Just a good time and the atmosphere there is much more lively than other places I have been to.

The Lady in the front is very rude and has no Manners doesn’t respect anybody I’m pretty sure she is the manager !
