Extremely rude owner. I was on a walk and stopped next door to purchase an electrolyte Body Armor beverage. The drink wasn’t in a cooler so it wasn’t cold. No big deal I thought, I’ll walk right next door to grab a cup of ice. I asked if I could purchase a cup with ice to pour my drink into, the owner/ manager told me no. My initial thought was he was just joking. When I realized he wasn’t, I figured it was bc they serve alcohol. I followed up asking if I could just get some ice to put in the drink bottle. He again said no, so I asked him why? He said because I walked in with a drink I clearly purchased next store (my drink was still in the bag) asking for a cup and ice and not purchasing a drink or using their establishment. Mind you, the first thing I asked when I walked up to the counter was if I could PURCHASE a cup of ice! His response was unbelievable and lacked logical reason to SELL me a cup of ice, considering I was attempting to do a purchase in said establishment. Bottom line, it unfriendly(as was he), and not a welcoming experience/interaction for me to even give it another chance. I do not ever leave reviews. The owner here might *literally* be Eugene Krabs. Staff confiscated my personal water bottle, then after my party bought a table and beer, the owner refused to accommodate a water cup request. He cited that due to his high rent, he can’t afford to allow paying customers to get “free water”. Ironically, our whole party would have bought drinks if we had access to water. In Florida, free water with purchase is a hospitality standard. Many other reviews here show me that this behavior seems to be a consistent issue. Hope the owner has a change of heart — the place is otherwise okay, with a jukebox and decently maintained pool tables. For now, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Nice tables and nice staff , The owner went out of his way to contact me because I left my debit card there ,He knew I was from out of town and tracked me through social media which I am very grateful

This place is awesome adult environment clean friendly staff several pool tables to choose from dart game available jukebox in a mini Sports Bar if you're out and about and visiting the area the Billiards is an awesome place to visit and have fun
