Good billiards spot, terrible bar. Came in here a couple of nights ago with some friends for the bar since it was nearby and seemed like an escape from upscale and bougie Miami. Bar seemed nice at first but we quickly realized we ended up at crappy bar and should have just Ubered somewhere else. when we first got there the bar wasn’t busy which would typically be ideal but we had to constantly flag down the bartender . As someone that comes from the restaurant industry i understand if you’re swamped and hit with a rush that you can’t get to every customer in a timely fashion but when I see that you’re constantly going on your phone and eating chips in front of customers + having the help of a bar back and an empty bar? Come on man there’s just no excuse at that point, me and my friends constantly went a while waiting for another round, it’s one thing if one person has an empty glass and is waiting for the next round but when you take so long to the point where the whole group is waiting then that’s just a bad look, multiple times keep in mind. Bartender also seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Would not recommend coming here to drink, you’ll go a while waiting on a second round lo

Brittany was absolutely amazing! She was super sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring the whole time. She made sure we were taken care of and created such a welcoming vibe. It’s rare to come across someone who not only makes great drinks but also makes you feel comfortable and appreciated. Definitely one of the highlights of the experience—thank you, Brittany! 💕

3/24/26 I wanted to have a good game of pool with my brother. Am a OTR truck driver i've been here before never had a problem. Wish I could say the same this time. Long wait for a pool table, but that didn't bother me that much. However, when I walked up to the bar that's when I was approached by a bartender named cat she seemed nice at first, she wasn't really too focused with her clients. She was too busy talking to her friends. At the end of the night, this establishment ended up, giving me the wrong card and charge me off of somebody else's card. Good thing I stayed because they ended up coming up to me and asking me for another person's card turns out that they gave me the wrong card and they charge someone else's card. It was a big deal. In conclusion cat the bartender if that's her real name does not give good customer service but on the other hand, Brittany was really nice and welcoming. bartender cat needs more customer service training.

The vibe was good and honestly didn't have anything to complain about until we went to pay for our table. $0.45 is not much but there is a clear discount when paying with cash written on our receipt. Our bill was $8.55 with cash and tens of cents more with card. We paid with cash ($10), but the cashier handed us $1 and no change. I stared at the cashier for a bit and she just smiled. I dont want to make a big deal about $0.45, but when I went back to ask about it the server said they always round up the bill to the dollar and they only give change if asked. They have a clear sign that says they will charge 3% more for credit card transactions so seems like a lose lose situation. Again, not a material amount but something to be aware of when coming here. Not sure if this is common practice...

Terrible attitude and hostile environment I was genuinely shocked by how I was treated at this place. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Instead of basic courtesy, I was met with eye-rolling, short answers, and a clear sense of annoyance, as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. There was no effort to communicate respectfully or resolve anything calmly. The interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and completely unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere that ruined the entire experience before it even started. A place like this should be about having a good time, not dealing with hostility at the front desk. Management seriously needs to address how staff interacts with customers, because this level of attitude drives people away. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic respect and professionalism.
