Bought multiple hot tubs from RBS. After the hurricanes of 2024, hot tubs needed evaluation. They were able to save multiple units specifically, using replacement parts. The initial investment was higher than we expected but the ability to repair was very helpful, alll things considered. We are now in our second year of traveling guest enjoying our saved Caldera Spas. Thank you for all of your help and integrity.

I decided after many years break. To shop around for a new pool cue that matched my pool cue from 1976; when I first started shooting pool. My first stop was Robertsons Billiards and Hot Tubs and my last stop. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with a wide assortment of pool cues. Thank you. I made a good choice. I'm motivated again to pursue and old passion. Highly recommend.

Absolutely impressed with my experience with purchasing my new 8ft pool table, Kristin was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me make my decision with zero pressure, and honored the advertised price which included even more than I expected! Was interested in putting a spa outside in a covered lanai by our pool. Went into Robertson's "just to look," and immediately realized I did not need to go any further. Dillion walked us through the complete process, and really was exemplary when it came to customer service. The Caldera spas looked fantastic, but it was the customer service that sold us on it. Since that time, I have been amazed at the follow up and instant communication with Dillion, in helping us get our salt water system running. Delivery went as expected, and the staff did a great job of getting a very tight object inside, without any damage. Rarely does a business earn the coveted 5-star review, but I gladly give it to Robertson's and especially Dillion who has made the purchase process, delivery, and setup such an easy process.

We visited Robertson’s to look at pool tables for our home. We ended up buying an outdoor table from Kristen who was more than helpful and made our purchasing experience a seamless enjoyable one! We loved the store which had a very comfortable family vibe and will definitely be going back to buy some arcade games! Danny the man who delivered our table and his partner were both friendly and knowledgeable on our new table.
