Very large pool hall and bar. The bartender was a sweetheart. We were there from 7-9pm which happened to be their Happy Hour, which is discounted beers and free pool. The pool tables and pool sticks were all in great condition. A very fun place to hang out, drink beer and play some pool.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. As a tourist, I was denied entry even though I presented a valid ID from my country. The person at the entrance was rude, unprofessional, and showed zero interest in helping or explaining the situation respectfully. It’s honestly embarrassing that a place treats visitors this way just because they don’t have a state ID. If you’re a tourist, don’t expect to be welcomed here

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was denied entry solely because my ID is from another country, which is both discriminatory and completely unprofessional. My identification is valid, yet the staff refused to acknowledge it without any reasonable explanation. The way this was handled was disrespectful and embarrassing. The staff showed zero effort to assist or even speak respectfully—they were dismissive, rude, and clearly biased. If this is how they treat international customers, people should know before coming here. This place lacks basic respect, professionalism, and inclusivity. I would strongly advise others, especially visitors from outside the U.S., to stay away.

We had a good time! The price for the pool tables were very reasonable! Drinks were amazing!

Backstage is hands down one of the best local bars around. The service is always on point! Friendly, fast, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is exactly what you want in a neighborhood bar, relaxed, fun, and full of good energy. The pool tables and dart boards are a huge plus and make it a great place to actually do something while hanging out, whether you’re with friends or meeting new people. Huge shout-out to Sammy is an absolute standout! Attentive, personable, and genuinely makes everyone feel taken care of. You can tell they care about the place and the people, and it really shows. If you’re looking for a solid local bar with great vibes, games, and great service, Backstage is it.
