Pockets Pool and Pub

We enjoy our first time visiting Pockets 👍 😀 The food was okay, kinda pricy and wings were cooked too hard. I know when you're drinking it's convenient to have food available. Just pay attention to your food orders if you like it done a certain way, say it. The women's bathrooms 👎 management really needs to work on the the bathroom situation. Most of the stall were not WORKING properly! Water in the floor in one, the other stall, toilet didn't flush! The paper towel holder was barely hanging on the wall and was EMPTY. With those prices, you shouldn't have a mediocre experience! Pub or not, they could do better.

Nicole was hands down one of the best bartender's I've had. Super friendly, attentive, and made great drinks without missing a beat even when it got busy. Definitely the kind of bartender that keeps you coming back.

Visited this location on Friday November 14, 2025 & cashed out on November 15th @ 1:45am check #261. We had a party of 4 & had a great time until we paid over $200 for our ticket & after paying for our ticket we realized we were over charged $18 for a 12 peice wing & $5 for fries. When we approached our server Francis (if this is her real name) to address the issue she acknowledged the issue with the wings but wanted to argue the $5 for the extra fries. We only had 2 fries at our table she did bring out three fries but when we told her we only ordered 2 she left & took the 3rd fry back but we were still charged for 3 fries. We were willing to pay for what we ate & drink & when I refused to pay for something we did not receive there was a problem. The server raised her voice at us & when I argued & raised my voice back there was a problem. Security put there input in & made it seem as if we had to many drinks & were not aware of what we had. Even another bystander which was apparently her friend or relative got involved with something that was not her business. They threatened to pull the camera which I obliged & advised once you see you were in fact wrong I would like an apology &

Told us they would be playing the FSU football game to keep us there but didn’t have it. Was told repeatedly to just wait. Honesty would have been appreciated. Used to be a good place to go.

The pool tables and the prices are outrageous there was no truck for the pool tables and it said $14 an hour and when we went to pay the price went up quite a bit it was charged for every 15 minutes they were trying to get us to pay 50 something dollars that's with a 20% gratuity added. The darts would be awesome but the dart boards are wrecked and ruined and there are no good darts. I wouldn't mind giving up my ID and credit card to play darts if the equipment was kept up. The waitress for the pool tables was just not very helpful and unwilling to let us pay the price that was on the sign at the pool counter. The bathrooms were well kept and the rest of the stuff was great in the drinks were okay but couldn't seem to get the drink called liquid marijuana right It was not the best drink for $12.
