The main guy (I think Bill) that works there is amazing. He takes time to answer questions in detail about equipment and generally listens to you and is not pushy. The front desk lady is extremely rude to not only myself but my girlfriend when she went there alone for a bday gift, and several of my APA friends have mentioned the same abrasive attitude. Overall a great store though, and highly recommend it. Alot in part to Bills service.
