5000 Years Carom Billiards dba “The Billiard Room”

Worst experience ever! The front desk staff was extremely rude and had no idea how to treat customers. My husband, his friend, and I visited this place to play. His friend had already registered for two players, and as he was walking toward the table, she loudly shouted across the room that he wasn’t registered, even though we had already called and made reservations. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Absolutely no basic civic sense or customer service skills.

Amazing place. Staff is wonderfully friendly. Tables are beautifully maintained. Balls are in amazing shape and frequently polished. They had billiard tables, snooker tables, 7 foot tournament tables, 8 and 9 for tables and a whole array of drinks and snacks. Very reasonably priced. My new favorite place hands down!!

First time playing here and I enjoyed it a lot. It gave a cozy hotel vibe with quiet music unlike other places with loud music.

I have been shooting pool at 5000 Years Carom Billiards for about 5 years. I have found it to be a pleasant clean and friendly environment to shoot pool. The tables are clean and well maintained. I have purchased quality cues there at reasonable prices. I would recommend this pool hall to carom, snooker or pool players. It is truly the best places to shoot in the north suburbs.
