I cannot say enough nice things about this company and their staff, specifically Tami and Courtney. Especially, Tami! Being that I am in the Pittsburgh area, I was nervous about doing an exchange. However, even though I was probably the biggest pain in the butt to her and she remained professional and had the patience of a saint. She answered all my questions, helped me exchange my butt, kept me up-to-date on the process all along. I will definitely be using Nielsen’s again for all my billiard needs and definitely recommend them. Bought a used table .from them ..its so nice .we only thought we could afford a mail order table ...( but slap me and roll me in butter ) the Bailey table turned out better than expected. The installers .were over the top made it happen during the snow storm .they made sure everything was perfectly done .Jason and Corey were fast and professional. I wonder how often that happens anymore ...Tammy and Harry at the store were nothing short of A1 service .sorry forgot the other guys name at the store we will be buying from them .as we advance. I was in the market for a carbon fiber shaft. Tami helped answer questions and I went with their custom carbon fiber shaft. She said it shoots like a Predator Revo, but without the ting of a carbon fiber shaft. The process from ordering til receiving shaft was 10 days. If you are looking for similar deflection as the Predator Revo, but without the ting sound try out their custom carbon fiber shaft. They offered to install matching rings to match my Kikel cue, however, I chose the solid black collar, because the ringwork on my cue was silver rings and wasn't sure if the nickel silver rings would match. They also offer a 30 day no questions ask return as long as there is greater than 50% tip left and a LIFETIME warranty. If you are skeptical like I was there is zero risk! Only complaint is the shaft is not flush with the joint collar. Thanks for the great experience Tami and calling to let me know product shipped and providing 2 day shipping with tracking.

The establishment was clean and they had a very friendly staff and owner. We drove 1.5 hrs on a Thursday and missed the owner who handles repairs. They had our order ready the next morning tho and we were super appreciative. They spent time with us and we got what we needed fairly quickly. They have a wide selection of items and have the option to order for you. Employees were pretty knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I had more time and lived closer to take lessons with Joe! Thanks for taking the time with me and getting us what we needed.
