Bayou Billiards

We are Spanish citizens (Europe) currently on vacation in Baton Rouge. On May 2nd, around 10:30 PM—after having dinner—my wife and I decided to go to a bar to relax a bit and play a game of pool. We thought Bayou Billiards would be the perfect spot to cap off the night in style. Upon arriving at the venue, we approached the bar, where the young woman serving us (WHOSE NAME WE DO NOT KNOW) asked for our identification. We politely presented our Spanish IDs, but she informed us that those documents were "not valid," that we were not permitted to be there, and that we had to leave the premises immediately! We left the establishment feeling deeply disappointed; we found the customer service we received from her to be in very poor taste. If this is truly how tourists are treated at this venue, it is truly appalling. Consequently, we cannot recommend visiting this establishment. We urge the owner to review and revise the venue's policies! THANK YOU.

Kind of cold but I know why. Cool spot with 13 tables.

I like it better than Clicks. It's got more availability at more times. The service is less. But the barkeeps are friendly and quick. More billiard equipment available for sale. Just a good pool hall that I'm used to.

Pretty chill atmosphere. Drinks are decently priced. A lot of good tables and they serve good food

I absolutely love the the friendly staff and the great food&drinks. The set up for great pool fun is awesome,The best ever!
