Dan and Robert moved my husband’s and my very first pool table to our home today! I cannot express with enough gratitude how lovely an experience this was. These are true professionals of the highest caliber. The work they did was done expertly, with the experience and attention to detail that comes from people who clearly take great pride in their business. Customer service 10/10 knowledge 10/10 communication 10/10 and of course the work they did on our table 10/10. Thank you thank you thank you. One of the things that stood out to me the most about Cagle's was their "white glove" service. The installation team took the time to carefully unpack and inspect every piece of the pool table before assembling it, making sure that everything was in perfect condition and that no detail was overlooked. They were respectful of my home and made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving the space just as they found it. The professionalism of the installation team was also top-notch. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, making sure that the pool table was installed perfectly and that I was completely satisfied with the final result. I can not write a good enough review to encompass the ease, values, knowledge, and professionalism of this place. They do not make customer service like this anymore...wow. They arrived early and left nothing behind but the purchase. We were picking between two companies and Cagles came highly recommended from a previous coworker. The best decision was going with Cagles. I want to buy something else, just to do business with them...lol. just great individuals.

Cagle's Billiards is one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They're reasonable, professional and very kind. I got a used pool table at a great price and not only did they set it up, level it and offer to come back if there was ever an issue, they gave me smaller cues for free because one wall was a little closer then I had realized.
