Snookers' Pool & Pub

It's been awhile since me and the boys got together. Lifelong friends that I call and consider my brothers. We decided on billiards and snookers was our choice. We actually don't drink, any of us. I however will have a non alcoholic beverage, I did like that they had a selection. Once we were all there we began our games and unfortunately we couldn't have a real game at all. The tables and sticks weren't maintained. Table 24 was our table and like all of them, the felt was shining. There was nothing to stop the balls from over rolling and the tips on the sticks were hard and slippery, chalk was useless. We weren't at this point interested in the food seeing how everything else was neglected. Our server was nice so we all tipped her. Her and the non alcoholic beverage selection is why this establishment didn't get only one star. Snookers, If your business is based around billiards, atleast have your main attraction up to code. We weren't able to control our shots so we played a couple of games and left. Tighten up folks.

Had 2 get waitress attention 2 order food by walkin up 2 front after askin 4 menu,she said she was gonna get me a menu, but never did. I Had 2 walk 2 another table 2 get my own menu, Never checked on us as a party of 10, Not 1 time, we had 2 keep walking 2 bar 2 get what we needed. She forgot condiments i asked 4 upon ordering my food. Chicken was very SALTY & had 2 drink plently water 2 dillute. I Just needed refill on water & napkins. I never got,nor was offerred. She Glad i had my good walkin shoes on🙃 service was horrible!!!😡😡 Not going back anytime soon😡🤬. She missed over $ 60+tip due 2 poor service. This place is totally something diff. Haven't been here almost 10yrs ago this is somethin diff! # Highly dissappointed! 🙅‍♀️

I would like to say a special thank you to Ann the manager,Taylor my waitress she did an amazing JOB.Tony he worked the front desk. Also to Michelle,she’s the security officer, everyone there was super nice. I had a birthday event there and they made sure that everything was set up and everything was reserved. I just wanna give a special shout out to all of the Snookers staff. Special thanks to the cook everything was delicious and the presentation was awesome!!

Excellent staff. Juke box so I can play while I whoop people on the table. Haven't had food here. Live dj on Saturday nights

Their bartenders steal. Twice now I've been to this place, paid on my credit card the amount with gratuity included, tipped cash and they still added to the total on my credit card. If you go there bring cash. The drinks are pretty good and very strong and the food is solid bar food.
