I can’t say enough great things about Emerald Spa and Billiards. The level of customer service I experienced was truly above and beyond anything you typically see today. I recently purchased a case, a break/jump cue, and a beautiful McDermott butt to pair with a carbon fiber shaft I bought separately. During league play, I noticed a wobble in my cue and brought it back to the shop to have them take a look. After a thorough assessment, they determined the issue was with the shaft threads, which wasn’t even a product purchased from them. They could have easily stopped there, but instead they went out of their way to help. They generously loaned me a shaft so I could keep playing while I worked to resolve the issue on my end. That level of trust and willingness to help, even when the problem wasn’t theirs, speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to their customers. They made me feel genuinely valued, not just like another sale. If you’re into billiards and want to support a business that truly cares about its customers, Emerald Spa and Billiards is the place to go. 5 stars all day!!!

I usually go to Game Room Guys for shuffleboard supplies but I went to Emerald for the first time. Abel assisted me in selecting my purchase. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Not only does Emerald Spa & Billiards have quality products they have amazing customer service. Keri took the time to assist me with multiple questions I had about a cue that was purchased as a gift. She even provided me with information need for a lifetime warranty on the cue. I highly recommend this company.
