Absolutely the best customer service I've received from a service repairman. Juan was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and gave great advice. I needed a two new spa pumps and a heater for my hot tub. Juan had the parts on his big service truck and was able to fix the hot tub very quickly. Juan explained what needed to be done before he started, and continued to explain what he was doing during the service. Juan educated me about the parts and hot tub functions, and gave great advice on how to continue regular maintenance. The spa and are was all put back together and clean before he left. He supplied his company business card and ensured I knew where his company was located. I would recommend this company to anyone needed spa service.

I have been a customer of Juan’s for many years. He is a great person. He has always exhibited professionalism, is intelligent and has a great work ethic. He works hard, has technical knowledge and has the ability to please his customers. I live way out in the middle of nowhere and Juan often appears the same day I call or the next day. Anna, who usually answers the phone at Juan’s office is also a great person, always pleasant, and does whatever is needed to keep the customer happy. I highly recommend this place of business, in fact, when I finally needed a new spa, I bought it from Juan without hesitation.

We looked at a few brands/places when we were shopping for a New Spa. Juan and his staff won our business for Value, Price, Features, and most important SERVICE! Case in point, our 1st service issue 2 years later was called in on a Saturday. It was fixed the next day. 5 Stars for sure!!!

I received my hot tub yesterday and it was expertly installed and extra supplies given. This is our second purchase from NV Spa and Billiards. We purchased one 2 years ago at our old home and received very good service while we owned it. It was delivered next day after purchase which was a nice surprise.
