Very cool spot. BYOB & BYOF. Customer service is fantastic ont he weekends, can't say about the weekdays. They always go out of their way for people to feel welcome here. I have no idea what the Karen is going on in the rest of the reviews. I'm happy if this place remains a, #iykyk spot 10/10

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this pool hall was a cut above the rest. Sam literally created a warming reception immediately! The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between laid-back and energetic — the kind of place where you can relax with friends, but also feel the excitement of a competitive game. The tables are in excellent condition, well-kept, and evenly spaced, which makes for an enjoyable playing experience without feeling crowded. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From greeting you with a smile to checking in throughout the evening, they clearly take pride in making sure every guest has a great time. They were attentive without being intrusive, quick with refills, and genuinely friendly in a way that made the whole experience feel personal. Drinks and food were also top-notch — reasonably priced, well-prepared, and delivered quickly. Nice space, very clean.Absolutely no problem with the workers.They have a ping pong table, so thats sweet.Oh and they let you pick the songs, you can give them a playlist which overall just makes the time you spend there worthwhile.

I’m so happy to have *Crazy Cues* in the neighborhood! This new spot is an exciting addition, and it’s actually pretty cool. The place has a laid-back lounge vibe, perfect for unwinding, and it’s BYOB, which is always a plus. You can play as many rounds as you want, making it a great spot for those who enjoy casual games. The space itself is open and inviting, with the flexibility of making reservations or just walking in, which adds to the convenience. I stopped by soon after they opened, and I have to say, the atmosphere was very welcoming and chill. Update review as of 2/24/2025 Dropped review from 5 to 3 stars Place is way to dim, tables aren't cleaned that oftenly when compared to other pool halls in Hoboken and jersey city Pool balls are not cleaned thoroughly too Good for casual players who don't care , not too great for serious players. OLD REVIEW WHEN THE PLACE LAUNCHED AND WAS NEW : Good prices at 10 an hour or 25 for unlimited priced per guest, so if you are in there you are treated as a playing guest, no concept of "spectators" a bit dim but great Brunswick tables and conveniently located near jsq A few more lights could be on as it's a bit dim than usual places making it a little gloomy Great brunswick pool tables though crowd is decent, mostly casual players around who come to chill and have their own beer I usually visit to practice on weekdays and everyone seems to mind their own thing unlike the other negative reviews mentioning otherwise, The house cues are a bit beat up, but are okay, carry your own if u can to practice seriously Over all a laid back place to come and play some pool I wish the owner kept tournaments or hosted apa league matches which would be fun to see !
