Alex was a great help and super knowledgeable when we had questions about saunas! He was able to answer everything. We looked at 3 different models and settled on the traditional 2 person sauna. They were able to deliver it the same week. Their guys were punctual when coming to set up and we couldn’t be happier!

We needed a new cover and lift bar for are Hot tub I can not say enough good things about them. The hole process was done thru email they came to house measured and explained their installation process. Very helpful and highly professional people. If you need a hot tub or repairs look no further

I was happy with the way I was treated by this dealership. I dealt with 2 salesmen, Rob and Steve. Both were very helpful. This was my first spa purchase, so I had lots of questions, and Rob answered many emails from me. Steve did the final sale and follow-up. Everything went smoothly except the delivery was slightly later than expected but Tammy kept me well informed of the status. The delay was not major and it was no fault of the dealership. I spoke with several staff members who were all helpful and patient with my very basic questions. I also want to point out the the delivery team was excellent. It wasn't an easy delivery because my deck is elevated 3 feet and there were narrow steps and doorway to negotiate, but all went well. I would have no problems going back to Everything Billiards and Spas for future business.
