Based on the other reviews and our initial in Store experience, I was hoping for a smooth and rewarding installation of our sauna. We called multiple times to get the team moving after we had paid our deposit. After installation came the real surprise. The team that showed up was pleasant and wholly inadequate to the task of installing a nice sauna. The recommended electrician left a mess (see pic) and the installers did an incredibly poor job of cleaning up dust (see pic) and packing styrofoam (see pic) They also did a half-assed job installing the wooden heater separator. I can’t imagine a manufacturer would have extended screws sticking out and beveled edges face in (see pic). The reason for two stars was the sauna is excellent and the initial in store experience with a sales person was top notch. Unfortunately it was downhill from there.

Our sales experience with Rob was amazing. He was not pushy and gave us plenty of options within our price range. The delivery crew did exactly what was needed and gave great instruction. They made everything right. The owner even checked in with us and made sure that our experience was as pleasant as could be. I would recommend this team to anyone who was looking to make a purchase for a first time spa! We could not have asked for a better experience overall.

Bought a Finnleo Hallmark sauna. Ordering, delivery, and set up were seamless. Communicated well throughout the whole process. Love our sauna. The young men who came to set it up were very polite very neat and very efficient. Went over the sauna with me before leaving and how to operate it.

Everything Billiards and Spa was excellent! Judson was super accommodating, communicative and thorough throughout the process. He helped track down our shipment, rearranged the installation schedule to accommodate our needs and was there every step of the way. Kyle who performed the install was great as well! He helped ensure every detail was perfect from measurements of where the table would sit all the way down to the equipment that came with the table. It was a pleasure to work with this crew and so happy we had the opportunity to work with them. If you’re contemplating working this company, I would highly recommend!! Thank you Judson and Kyle!!
