i’m a beginner in darts. these guys were patient, answered all my questions, and tought me more than i knew before i came into the shop! they have a huge selection of both darts and boards, accessories and also lots of pool stuff! i will be returning for any of my dart needs due to the friendly and honest customer service. 11/10

Cool place! Lots to see. Beautiful pool tables, shuffleboards and accessories. Family owned business. Spent a long time in here (prob longer than my wife wanted to stay lol) talking with the father & daughter who own it… knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing selection of pool cues from budget friendly to unique one of a kind finds. Something for everyone. Def worth the visit!

The employees here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a problem with my pool table and they were super friendly and gave great advice. Once you go here, you’ll never wanna go anywhere around. I ended up buying three pool sticks from them and they will help you if you’re buying $100 stick or $1000 stick. They were very professional and I would highly recommend going.

In a time when customer service just doest exist anymore, the people at Billiards Plus were outstanding. With the supply chain still issues still causing problems for businesses, it did take longer than normal but Sarah was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Ordered table in March and it was installed in October. Besides the wait, everything else was painless. Sarah answered all questions and there were many over that 8 month period with total knowledge of the product and just a great demeanor. Apparently this is a family owned business and whomever trained her did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this business to anyone considering any sort of billiards/dart/game table purchase. I visited Scioto Valley prior to going to Billiards Plus and it wasn't a positive experience. I wanted a gully system for the ball return on the pool table. They said nobody does those really anymore because they are 'hard to clean'. The gentleman didn't seem to know a lot about the tables either. Vastly different experience from Billiards Plus. I could not have had a better experience. I am new to the dart world, and they took me through the entire gamut of dart parts and lingo. They spent over an hour with me, letting me try different combinations of shafts and flights to find the perfect fit and weight. I found the perfect set of darts for an unreal price and have been happy since. I highly recommend going there for any billiards or dart needs.
