Not enough staff. I went on a Monday evening and we were 1 lane of maybe 2 other lanes. The pins kept not resetting which led to a lower score because the pin that wasn't reset wouldn't count...and also the reset button didn't work. The bowling balls kept getting stuck and had to be manually sent back. After that happened at least 8 balls from previous games starting coming out quickly. Two of the lanes kept having the same issue. The balls... they desperately needs to either get new ones or try to resurface the current ones. They're in rough shape. They only have 8 (orange), 10 (red), and 12 (green) lb balls.

We brought our son and daughter here yesterday and were super impressed with the service! Our cashier was Conner and he made sure our children were having fun and being safe by wearing their bowling shoes, we had a great time bowling and the kids loved every second of it. I highly recommend Velocity for anyone wanting to spend time with their kids.

Staff is nice and the atmosphere is fun for families - if you are an experienced bowler, do not come here. The lanes are not maintained and for anything other than rolling plastic in a straight line, they’re unplayable.
