WOW! James was exceptional to work with from start to finish! Great communication - very organized - very much into making sure every detail of our project was thought out and executed! Our antique pool table has never had an update, and James and his son gave us color swatches for the new felt, restored and polished the wood, and went above and beyond to find some missing triangle ivory replacements for the top of the wood, and some emblems that were missing around the whole table. We were getting all new carpeting in the basement so they came and took the table apart and stored it in our basement. They returned to complete the entire job today and we could not be happier! James also has pool table covers or can get you anything that’s needed for your billiard needs. We decided to leave the baskets as is to preserve the antique beauty of this table. It’s very obvious he knows everything about the business and enjoys what he does. Thank you!

Had my pool table moved from Sunman, Indiana to Harrison, Ohio and the entire experience was excellent. James was great to work with — his communication was outstanding from start to finish, and he was even responding to questions over the weekend after business hours, which I really appreciated. The crew was professional, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the table apart, moved it safely, and set everything back up perfectly at the new house. On time, stress-free, and top-quality work all around. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a pool table moved or installed.

James and his son were prompt on their timing of arrival. They moved our pool table from an old home to a new home. They had it tore down and loaded up within an hour. Went to the new location, 25 minute drive. They had the pool table unloaded put back together again in about an hour. All complete within 2 1/2 hours. They were fast, friendly and courteous. Excellent professional work and I highly recommend them.

James was very thorough and the table was better than advertised. It looks brand new and he took his time and explained the care and use of the table. My family and I are extremely satisfied with our purchase and would HIGHLY recommend James for any future customers.
