Classic Home Billiards Pool Tables & More Charleston

Had a 9' Connelly Kayenta table installed yesterday. Dan was great helping me pick out this table. He was very patient with me as I had a number of tables I was considering, He helped me to understand the different construction and qualities of each. The crew that arrive were on time, prepared and helped me to understand each of the steps they were taking during the install. They were polite and very knowledgeable of their trade. I would not hesitate to use them again for any of the services they offer. From the sale to the install truely an excellent job by all, a true 5 star rating.

We just had our pool table delivered and installed and had a great experience. We had some circumstances beyond anyones control which caused a huge delay in delivery of our table but Classic Home Billiards came through for us and got us a pool table. From initial sale to installation they were easy to work with and communicate with. The installers were professional and amazingly quick at setting everything up. I highly recommend!

I ordered a Connelly Prestige pool table on 8/24/21 and was told I had to put down 60% as a down payment. They said that it would ship in 10 weeks. It took over 6 months for the table to come in. They finally came out on 3/5/22 to install it. Once the installers arrived and saw that I had a Littman pool light. They then informed me that my Simonis 860 cloth had stains on it. I did not allow them to install it. All I got from the sales people is that nothing was their fault. It is now 3/16/22 and I am still waiting to get my pool table. Do not trust these people. They will say anything to sale you a pool table. Finally, got my table installed on 4/25/22. Both oweners came out and installed the table themselves. Also, one owner, Bruce did make some concessions for my troubles. I am happy with the table, but regret that the process took so long.

We walked in to order a stand for Christmas and ended up buying a table, chairs along with the stand once we saw their beautiful tables and the excellent sales service we received from Dan! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and had extensive knowledge of everything we were looking for. I would highly recommend shopping at Classic Home Billiards for anyone in the market!

Classic Home Billards are true professionals! What a pleasure dealing with Bruce and the CHB team. They were extremely accommodating, easy to deal with and very knowledgeable.
