Purchased a 14' Brunswick table shuffleboard. I was able to arrange purchase and delivery comfortably all via phone. Estimated ordering time and then delivery/installation was spot on. Very happy with the product and Charleston Billiards & Cue process.

Just had my nine footer re-felted and Matt and Jonathan did a terrific job. Their approach was very professional and they went out of their way to answer my questions. The table looks great and plays like it’s brand new. Highly recommend these guys! Also purchased a new cue and changed out the tip on another. Carlos was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great having access to pros like this when in need!

I have to say how impressed I am with Charleston Billiards & Cue. I reached out to them to help with a local veterans facility here in the Charleston area. This facility serves retired vets from all branches of our country. They had a pool table that appeared to have a good foundation, but the felt and pockets were in really bad shape, making the table almost unusable. When I approached Charleston Billiards I really didn't know what to expect, we were really hoping for some sort of discount. But I was completely blown away by their generosity. They replaced the felt, redid all the rails and donated new pockets. Charleston Billiards did all of this work 100% for free - no charge. In the end this table came out looking and playing like a brand new table. Before we even left the facility the veterans were already playing and making great use of their "new" table. Its was great to see the generosity of Charleston Billiards and for them to show their support to the veterans that served our country is simply unbelievable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
