The tables were alright. The staff member I met was trash. But overall it was a decent time. We were so excited to come in and shoot a few games at this place until the guy working there with braces told us the bathroom was down. We left and went on a mission to find a bathroom. Upon returning (we almost didn’t) it was a shocker to see one woman exiting the bathroom and another going in. They said he had just unlocked it. The employee said “oh the bathrooms working again”. So their reason for lying about the bathroom being out of order? Not sure but it left a bad taste in our mouths. We should’ve just driven to Lucky Shot. I’m sure they have a functioning bathroom and honest staff. Coming all the way from NC I had hoped for a better time.

Laid back atmosphere. Nothing fancy. Plenty of tables of varying sizes to choose from. Must climb stairs to 2nd floor entrance. Cash only, $8/hr. You can bring in your own beer but for a premium. Clean men and women's bathrooms available . Music playing. Owner has been in business for decades. Definitely will come back here.

In our travels, we always look for local pool halls to play at, and we were thrilled to find Sevierville Billiards Club. This family-owned business has been around for over 50 years, and it truly shows in the care they put into the place. The hall was clean, welcoming, and had plenty of well-maintained tables to play on. The service was excellent, and Cameron was especially pleasant and friendly. We also loved that they had shirts for sale — we picked some up as souvenirs to remember the great experience we had there. Highly recommended!

We have a friend who comes to town and every visit we go here. The atmosphere is family friendly and we enjoy the owner.
