First time using them, the 2 gentlemen that set up my pool. Table, very professional, very neat and clean. I could not have asked for better service if I could get 10 stars, I would. We found Ankar's via a neighbor's reference and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We went to Ankar's looking to learn about the process of replacing the felt on our existing table ourselves. Ronny was super friendly, knowledgable and took his time explaining every step of the process knowing we were considering doing it ourselves. We were so impressed that we decided to source our felt from Ankar's and had them redo the side-rail bumpers for us. Ronny's workmanship is second to none. We'll definitely be returning to Ankar's for all of our game room needs.

Ankar's philosophy of "Customer Service" exceeded our strongest expectations and we could not be happier with our billiard table. Ronny's help in picking it out was very laid-back, informative, and helpful and the pool table technician who installed it in our old quirky house was a Zen Master! He is a true Craftsman and the installation is perfect! My only complaint is that my wife and I had to take off a half-day of work to check out the table after it was installed! :)
