I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I paid $500 for brand new felt and hired them to move and reassemble my pool table. When the job was finished, the brand new felt was stained — and no one said a word about it while they were here. The crew even asked me to get them water during the job, which I kindly did, and at no point did they mention any issue or damage. After they left, I discovered the stain on the new felt that I haven’t even had the chance to use yet. On top of that, they left staples and debris all over my floor — a complete mess. For a company that specializes in pool tables, I expected professionalism and care. Instead, I was left cleaning up after them and staring at a damaged table. When I contacted the owner/customer service, the response was even more frustrating. Rather than offering to come out and inspect the issue or work toward a solution, he immediately insinuated that either I or other workers must have caused the stain. That accusation is not only unprofessional, it’s insulting. A reputable company stands behind its work. Refusing to even look at the damage or attempt to resolve the situation speaks volumes. Outstanding customer service! Had a manufacturer issue on new felt and they were quick to come back and replace it. Also came back to adjust our slate. Table looks great with the Simonis cloth and plays beautifully. Definitely worth the expense to upgrade cloth and balls.

1st of all TOO GREAT OF A NAME FOR PLACE. 2ND,FALSE ADVERTIMENT... NEED TO UPDATE WEBSITE... Felt embarrased when i entered place,i was expecting cleaner place,all stuff there is used not new,but my dumbass still bought a few things,shouldve listened to myself and just walked out. Bought 2 pool sticks one good n a busted ,2 weeks ago, just found out 1 was cracked,they wouldnt exchange it...not even for chalck. 4 👎s down for this place.ENDED UP GOING A BIT FURTHER WITH A REAL SHOW ROOM AND BOGUTH WHAT I WAS ORIGINALLY LOOKING FOR. Over all very pleased. Looked around at a lot of places and ended up going here. I'm no professional so I wanted a good looking, well built pool table and feel like I got both. I went I twice before purchasing and talked with the owner. Friendly guy and didn't rush or try to pressure me as I tried to make up my mind. Delivery was a little different as we were expecting one of the hurricanes so that obviously impacted delivery, which I was fine with. Once they arrived, everything went smooth. The guys that did the setup were professional and made sure I was satisfied and had me verify everything was level and to my liking. No complaints with the table or the setup. I only knocked 1 star off and this may just be my lack of knowledge but I got the accessories kit and didn't really feel like it was worth the price. Now I'll he the first to admit I don't know the difference between balls, sticks and racks but I saw would looked to be the same package on Amazon for about $125 less. I can tell my the coloring, the balls aren't anything amazing and the racks feel rather cheap, although they are wood. The cover is pretty unamazing as it's a light and cheap plastic. EXCELENT EXPERIENCE!!! Mr Louis and his daughter were Very Helpful and Knowledgeable in the showroom when we went in, "just to get ideas". With No Pressure At All from them my wife and I decided to go ahead and buy that day at 5:20pm! The installation by Jessie (and another gentleman) was Very Professional, Courteous, On Time (actually early), and Informative! It is Very Clear To Me that Jessie TRULY CARES ABOUT THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK!!! We did some on-line research ahead of time and were Highly Pleased about the pricing and selection that we found with King Billiards!!!
