Walked in found what I needed, the guys there are super knowledgeable. A little pricey, but all appears to be really good quality so the price seems worth it.

Staff is friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for. Delivery service is on time and super professional. Super nice people and delivery team answers any questions you may have and makes sure table is leveled and in best possible position. They even offer to level your table should it ever need it with no questions asked. There was an issue that had with table when initially setup, and they came out a few days later to correct the issue. Support is top notch. Conclusion - Billiards Factory has some awesome stuff and they will even find little freebies here and there to sweeten the deal. Pricing on certain items are matched online which is a huge plus. Other items have a markup which may indicate they are not purchased at wholesale pricing (example: SVB Cynergy Dakota edition goes for 589 while in store it's sold for 650). Also certain items showed online from billiards factory website has items that are cheaper than what is offered when in store. Overall love my table and we are a pool hotspot for our league players on our team. Just research and do your homework and check online and compare when purchasing from this place or any Billiard shop
