Everyone is MAD chill and friendly and specials are typically on point. I personally recommend their new comer Ashley! Super attentive and easily conversant. Ill never forget when i choked on a french fry and she gave me the heimlich, calmed me down and provided me with a water to make sure i was okay. She then provided me with resources after the fact i vented about how my sick daughter is under treatment and the medical bills were piling up without hesitation. Truly a kind soul.

From the bartenders to the cooks, Rich’s makes you feel full of life. There has never been a dull moment for me at Rich’s whether I go early to shoot pool or late to sit at the bar! The drink selection is by far the best I’ve experienced in terms of shear quantity and quality with how they’re made. Whether you go to play pool, eat food, or drink the night away Rich’s will always be my #1! Laney and Triston are some of the sweetest bartenders I’ve met in my life, they have such lively conversations with all customers, they truly make Rich’s feel like a second home!!

I’ve been coming to Rich’s Billiards for a while now and the service is always solid, but Laney seriously stands out. She’s fast, attentive, and somehow manages to keep everything running smoothly even when it’s busy. You can tell she actually cares about customers having a good time, which makes a huge difference. Drinks come out quick, she checks in without being overbearing, and she keeps the vibe fun and welcoming. It’s rare to get someone who’s both efficient and genuinely friendly, but she nails it. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back.

Swapped over from another local place and could not be happier for my happy hour time. I usually see Mary behind the bar and she makes me feel like family. Good food for the price, and plenty of seating at the bar. WILL continue to come back because of the positive staff and great prices. Tristan works there too, he's cool. Kat's a superstar! One of the best fried pickles I ever had and some of the greatest pizza. It has an authenticity to it. And if I get drinks Courtney does pretty damn good to show up. She is nice and friendly and definitely the girl you wanna be friends with. She is someone that will make sure all is in order. If I could I would make her Number 1 server. I may stop by again before long.
