The whole crew is just awesome! They are the definition of excellent customer service! Todd is just incredibly knowledgeable and cares about the customers needs and wants. The team that installed our hot tub was the best! They were very polite, courteous, patient, and showed pride in their work!! Will definitely be recommending Take a Break to everyone I know! The owners should definitely be proud!

I bought a hot tub from these guys with the help of Carlos, he’s the best in the business and saved me a TON of money. Our awesome technician gave us a quick call and showed up a little before our appointment time to repair our spa. He was very quick and thorough as he replaced a heating relay and checked for the cause of our leak. We will definitely use their service in the future.

I had some pretty major hot tub problems - first with the plumbing and then with the pump, both within a day or two. The service team were just terrific! They were extremely helpful in providing the right parts, giving me extremely relevent and sound advice, and assisting me in sorting out my problems. So good to have access to such a good, friendly, helpful, interested, and totally professional team of experts. I've used other spa/hot tub service companies in the past - they've got nothing on the team at Take A Break. Highly recommended! 10 out of 10!
