We discussed what features and benefits we were looking for and Rick helped us to make an informed decision. Delivery and setup was done by Rick and a very efficient crew. They professionally installed a great quality pooltable. Very satisfied overall

We had the pleasure of using RCK Billiards to move our pool table during a renovation, replace the bumpers, re-felt, and then return the table after the renovation. Rick was fantastic to work with through the whole process. He did a great job exceeding our timeline and was a driver in getting the project done. Would recommend RCK to anyone looking to have their table moved and/or work performed on the table.

We hired RCK to re-felt our table and they did an awful job. Since it is for a 2nd home, we weren't able to be there when they performed the work. They did not provide the correct color, the felt was cheap and pilled and the replacement bumpers did not stand up to one summer season as they "shifted". Initially, after the work I had to call them back because you could see the staples in the pockets and they didn't cover the whole pocket. They came back to fix it, but my rental season had already started. When I came back in Sept. the pool table looked a mess and the bumpers were separating. NEVER AGAIN!

I hired them to move a pool table from one house to another. They were able to work around my schedule and get it done quickly. Also asked about re-felting it while they were moving it and was able to get it all done in one day for a very reasonable price.

I went there to look for a new cue about a week ago. When I walked through the door, the lady working asked if I was looking for a table. I told her no, I was looking for a cue stick. At that point she ignored me and spent her time taking care of the two kids that were with her. I walked around the store for about 10 min until I finally left, without her having said another word to me. Their selection was terrible, all they had were used cues. Combine that with the no customer service and I will never go back to this place again.
