Rachel, the showroom manager, helped us pick out the perfect pool table for our space. Moose and James installed a few weeks later and did an excellent job. The level of detail the install team took to make sure everything was perfect was greatly appreciated. If and when the time comes, we will absolutey use Longs Billiards again. Highly recommend!

Recently had our 22 year old Connelly 8' billiards table disassembled and moved for new flooring. Decided to replace bumpers and flannel. Talked to the technician and upgraded the original flannel to worsted wool. When they came back to reassemble, Moose really took his time and was very particular about assembly and leveling the table. It's like brand new and rolls truer than it ever did. I purchased this table from a couple in Virginia Beach Virginia and contacted Longs billiard supply to disassemble, move, recover and reassemble in Quinton Virginia. The table was already beautiful and had been well cared for by the prior owners. I scheduled a pick up and delivery service but what I received was so much more. It was all in a days work for Moose and Carl in the care that they took not only in the move but in the reassembly, ensuring proper spacing between the walls and table to ensure the ultimate playing experience, ensuring that it was perfectly level, to recovering, to offering preservation care instructions.
