Table are very good. Staff easy to work with and installers did a great job. Pay cash and you get a great deal. Store has alot of billiard options. Although they have downsized since 2023, they still provide great service and greqt products. I have owned two if their tables and loved both of them. Definitely upgrade to worsted cloth!

I have had my pool table for a month and a half. I absolutely love it and play almost daily. We purchased the table along with a ping pong tabletop and kit. We are very impressed with the quality of everything. We also purchased the Pro Accessory Kit that I highly recommend. Additionally, I convinced my wife to get spectator chairs after the fact and they agreed to sell them to me for the same price as if I ordered them at the time of the pool table. To show how good the quality of everything is, my neighbor bought a table a few months before me (for more that I paid). He came over to check out my table and raved about everything! The felt was nicer, the bumpers were excellent, he commented on how well the pockets looked and he loved the diamond inlays on the table. He also commented on how nice the cues, balls and cover are compared to his. This is why I recommend the Pro Accessory Kit. I researched buying new and used tables for months. I highly recommend buying a table from Kincaid, you will not be disappointed.

Recently had a table delivered and installed by Jason. He was the guy that worked my whole deal, from questions to confirmations, scheduling and installation. He was very organized and efficient when installing and was happy to answer all the questions I had about the installation process and what he was doing. Very cool to see! After a few days of playing I’m beyond impressed with how well the table is. Absolutely level, looks beautiful. It’s perfect. Could not be happier with anything. Would give more stars if I could.

We ordered a pool table, matching chairs, cue rack and table tennis. Absolutely amazing experience. The pool table we ordered wasn’t there, so they upgraded us to a more expensive table at no additional cost. The install guys showed up on the date and time that we were told and installed everything. The friendliness of everyone we interacted with was unmatched, especially with the decline of customer service the past few years. The quality of the table is solid and built to last, as well as all the accessories. We were able to get everything, including delivery and installation for about what we were going to pay for a less superior table locally. I will be recommending them to anyone I come across looking for a pool table.

I can’t rave enough about this company and the quality of their pool tables. From going into the store for the first time, to the delivery and final installation, we could not be more satisfied with our table! Highly recommend that if you are in the market for a pool table, you look to this company first if you are in the middle Tennessee area!
