Volunteer Billiards is amazing. I had a guest message me at the beginning of their week-long stay that the joystick of our Multicade wasn't working properly. I reached out to Volunteer, they quickly determined they were able to help with our model, got us scheduled promptly, and got it repaired quickly. Their pricing is also incredibly fair. Our guest was so appreciative. As a STR host, I am thankful to know I have a reliable go-to for our game room!

I absolutely love my new pool table. The folks at Volunteer are great, wonderful people. Great family owned business. The install went great. I had a couple of little issues that needed addressed we noticed later on and they were there the next morning to fix it. You can't beat that. I highly recommend them.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but the customer service at this business is amazing. I was in town setting up my cabin vacation rental, and I was shopping for a game/amenity for my loft area. Samantha was extremely helpful, showed me around the store, went into detail about each item they offer, and she shared very honest feedback and recommendations about what to purchase. I decided on an air hockey table and she shared the date the next delivery of that model was occurring at the store, and then she even took the time to call another business in the area to see if they had that specific one in stock so that I could pick it up before I left the area. I’ll definitely be going to Volunteer Billiards in the future.
