Bought our pool here. It’s a great place . Even after the sale, When we get our water tested with Dany, she always goes above and beyond to show us what we need and how to use it. She is Very knowledgeable , and She has a great personality and always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. It’s a pleasure doin business there especially when she is there. Thanks for having such a great and knowledgeable person on your team!

My wife bought a sauna and it’s been a nightmare ever since, we had it hooked up out side and when it didn’t heat up they sent a technician out and he said it should’ve never been hooked up outside. No one ever told us that it couldn’t be hooked up outside they knew from the beginning that that’s where it was gonna go. So then they disassembled it and put it inside and it still hasn’t worked. Now we want our money back and they won’t give it back to us. They keep sending out technicians and dragging out, giving back our money. They said the check was in the mail and they lied to us. It’s never been sent. Nothing yet as of 3-26-2026 as of today. Worst customer service ever

Dannie is absolutely the best and knows her stuff like know other I’ve been to other pool stores and they just try to take your money and never actually help you I’ve been going here for years now and every time I do exactly as she says I have no issues I ask for her every time I come in now she’s my favorite their all great but no one compares to her!’
