I have had an Olhausen table for 20 years. I recently recarpeted the pool table room and recovered the table with Simonis 860 HR cloth. Cory Olhausen was very helpful with how to take apart the table and put it back together. Thank you for all your help. I love the table. Truly the best in billiards!!!

We've had this table since 1997, moved it four times into three different states, and it's still in great shape. If we ever go for another table, it will definitely be an Olhausen!

I bought a used table locally, sadly with no hardware! Didn't even realize it, couldn't get help from anyone. Katelen called me when I asked through the Olhausen website and was amazing. Made sure of my model, sent pictures of the hardware. Turned out, couldn't get it even at an Ace, so I called her back and she's sending me the hardware to put it together. Great service in a time where it's hard to find anywhere. I will def be contacting Olhausen with my pool table needs and wants in the future. Thank you Katelen!

I purchased a custom 8' Brentwood pool table from a dealer in NJ. I spared no expense, and paid 10k for it, doing custom finishes and a top of the line cloth. The table is beautiful, but has too many flaws for that price. After being professionally leveled by installers, the slate seems off, and makes the balls wobble a little when they slow down instead of going in a straight line (fade both left and right depending where on the table they are). The legs cracked less than a month after I received it, which I was told is a manufacturer defect, but I still haven't been told how this will be fixed. The finish is meh at best, being when the sun shines on it through the window, you can see that the stains were put on improperly. If you are going to go all out for a top of the line pool table, I hate to say it, but I would not go with Olhausen. It has not been a pleasant experience.

My experience with Olhausen has been wonderful. Great bunch of people. Been dealing with Olhausen for 7 years now and don't have any complaints. From the men and women on the shop floor all the way up to the men and women in the office.
